Full payment must be received by ILEA UK for event tickets prior to event date and all payments for membership/partnership must be received before a partnership commences.
Payment will only be accepted by the following means to purchase event tickets;
1. Credit Card (excluding American Express)
2. Debit Card
Payment will only be accepted by the following means to secure membership/sponsorship;
5. Credit Card (excluding American Express)
6. Debit Card
Where payment is made by BACS or CHAPS proof of payment from the customer’s bank must be sent and will be authorised by the ILEA UK account department before a membership/sponsorship commences.
Cheques are only accepted if you have received an invoice from ILEA UK.
ILEA UK will only refund tickets for an event if it can no longer go ahead.
ILEA UK will also refund any event ticket or transfer it to a future event if 24 hours notice is given in writing to: firstname.lastname@example.org
